Hieff Trans™ Ultra PEI AAV Transfection Reagent - 100 µL

This product is a novel linearized polyethyleneimine (Polyethylenimine Linear, PEI) specially developed for the large-scale production of AAV in suspension culture systems. It is a chemically synthesized product, free of animal-derived components, with low cytotoxicity. The product is provided in sterile liquid form and has a wide applicability for various AAV serotypes. It features strong DNA loading capacity, low transfection complex ratio, and high complex stability, facilitating large-scale AAV production.

Hieff Trans™ PEI Transfection Reagent-GMP was used to transfect the suspension cell HEK293F cell line and adherent cell HEK293T cell line in a 6-well format. AAV-GFP expression was analyzed 48 hours post-transfection. (the ratio of the plasmid to reagent is 1:1)
